Still 44 votes with less than 10 hours left until the 7.37 pm close, with it just a little tighter at the top:
17 - Fran 13 - Julian and Lloyd 10 - Sonay 4 - Alicia
Let's be getting 50 plus votes for Jon ( he should win with that ). Last year we had 47 votes with less than 10 hours left and finished with 52, and the previous year we had 48 votes with 9 hours left and finished with 54.

45 now as Fran gets another.
Work done for the day here!
And just over 7 hours left. Is there enough left in it to see anyone close the gap?

If this pattern converts to this year, Fran is almost at the line. Time to get behind Julian and Lloyd, those who think they are the players of the season! Or Fran, Sonay and Alicia if you think someone else is!
I can't put this off any longer as I might forget this evening. In the end I voted for Fran (as I always do) but Sonay was so close - I would have voted for her too if I could have!!!
We have too many Great Doubles players in this country! This means that the BEST of the World Season 2025 are overlooked. The POOLING together of Julien and LLoyd is sheer CLASS.
We end the final proceedings with 51 votes and Fran as
20 - Fran 14 - Julian and Lloyd 13 - Sonay 4 - Alicia
Fran established a clear lead from our first 24 hour voters and Julian & Lloyd I don't think ever then got closer than 4 votes behind though they kept Sonay just behind in a close battle for 2nd place.
Well done to all our finalists who all clearly had particular admirers wondering how anyone could think different
