A 2nd withdrawal from the main draw since the qualifying draw was made has replaced the No 1 seed in Mimi's section with an alt. Not that Mimi would be expected to get to the FQR for it to possibly matter.
Don't believe everything that you read unless it's backed up by an official source.
But it was true
No it wasn't. If it were true she wouldn't have been seeded and drawn in qualifying.
It was/is true - she's in the MD
And even if we're talking timing, she could have been in the qualis by mistake - i.e. she was in the MD all along but the referee made an error, so she was never really in qualies, whatever the draw said
(not saying that happened, it doesn't matter, the truth is she's in the main draw, stated then, proven to be true now )
Katie had quite a good draw but I think this is the better outcome for her. Harriet's section is absolutely loaded, although her opener is very winnable albeit it will be her first match of the year.

I'm surprised they haven't rejigged the draw and put a 33rd and 34th seed in?
I actually thought playing and getting through Qs could have been a good confidence boost to start the year but hey ho, fingers crossed for a kind draw.

Though I suppose it's a bit late in the day now?
Does seem easy enough to do though and should balance things a bit better. But I assume not happening.
