 Yes, I think it may well be on tiebreak ranking. It looks like there will be quite a lot of women on 19 points come 16/02 either side of the WR 1000 mark.

The GB players ranked from GB 26 to GB 50(and many more unranked players) who could be inside the top 800 if there were domestic 15ks rather than travelling and expense in overseas counties.
Granted some of these are at uni/doubles specialists etc, but it must be worth some consideration going forward.
