Yes. The precedent is for the highest ranked SF loser to get the spot.

Yes. The precedent is for the highest ranked SF loser to get the spot.

 Surely, that gives huge possibilities for corruption -- the highest ranked semi-finalist can throw the semi-final match for a bribe and qualify anyway.  (Not suggesting that any individual would do it of course).
