Jay served for it at 5-4...

Served for it at *5-3 to be pernickety, having been 5-2* up. He was also then to have a MP on return at 6-5* 40-30.

Real pity, and he has quite a lot of points due off in the next couple of months, culminating in Challenger 75 title points in the pre French Open rankings.

Look out for Daniel Merida Aguilar - made the final here from qualies. Two months ago he was ranked just inside the top 200, now live 101. Had two great weeks in Tenerife on hardcourts and qualified at IW last month. Seems to be on a roll. Lets see if he takes the title here.
