Assume Jodie is there for doubles. Good to see Katie back although it still seems shes having trouble with her back.

Glad to see Heather joining, on her day she is a stronger player than any of the others currently available even if those days have been fewer and further between in recent years.

Hi,

Is anyone flying from London to Aus to watch the 2 days of the BJK cup
You can still get tickets for the 2 days as of today.
I thought it is interesting who gets picked for singles
Would it be Harriet Dart and Katie Swan?

Welcome to the board, Paul. I personally wont be, seems a long way to go and I dont have that sort of spare money, personally! Enjoy whoever does go!

Is the venue one of the AO arenas, or somewhere like Kooyong?

John Cain Arena in Melbourne Park, Jon.

Welcome Paul, I imagine anyone going would already be in situ or it being just a part of a much wider visit.

Thanks Indy - hadnt though of the LTA for detail! Big arena, 10500 capacity. Cant see them filling that, tbh!

First time Ive really looked at the teams, but it feels like we will really be stretched to get even a rubber here. A long way to go and see us get drubbed!

Then again if they do something crazy and win it would be good
I know it is unlikely
