Thanks. Going to try and catch a little of each of ten of the singles matches. At least the courts are in two pairs so can watch two at once !
And if anyone else turns up, come and say hi. (That includes you CD wink )

You know I am anti-social grumpiness personified smile

I might try and come tomorrow but it's very unlikely - more possibly Wednesday or Thursday

Millie looking a little frustrated by Manon's style. Hope she can figure it out in the second set.

Does Alicia still have the coach from college with her? She was at Wrexham and Birmingham, but not in Manchester.

I think so. She was talking to a coach after the match, but I was trying to follow 3 matches at once.

Indy Spink and Allegra both taking full advantage of their Q opponent draws

(and indeed Alicia, although she's in a slightly different position)

You don't always get the roll of the green - important to make it count when you do

Well done, wildcards

Indianna was playing very well, some excellent ball-striking.

BTW both Jodie and Mimi are here today.

Pleased for Indianna.
She had a spell where she couldn't finish off matches(Ranah similarly), but winning that title has seemed to turn things around.
