To me, it was a lot about concentration too

She starts off (as quite often) a bit sloppy, not really switched on, footwork is very approximate

Gets behind

Then really concentrates, focuses, fights

And then as soon as it's back on level terms, she relaxes again 

She served a packet of DFs in the first set, only one (I think) in the second set where you could see she was really trying 

And then came out in the third and in the very first game, hit 3 double-faults

Pure lack of concentration, relaxing, can't keep the focus for long enough
