You wait a whole week for a title & then three come along at once:

Final:  (1) Hunter Heck (USA) & Oliver Okonkwo CR 1615 (953+662) defeated Preston Brown & Diego Jarry (USA/CHI) CR 2467 (873+1594) by 2 & 2

Good stuff - but then, dont we always wait until this day of the week?! So it is always the same, in terms of waiting?

That was said very much tongue in cheek.  I'm perfectly aware of how it works, week in, week out.  I just couldn't think of a more jocular way of expressing my satisfaction with the capture of a third men's doubles title by one of our players.

 Non - Brit post.

So the Brazilian won it. When the entry list was frozen he was 28 on the Alts list. So I guess just made it into qualifying. Hadnt played a main draw match since 2024 with a career high of 1244 back in 2024. Made one quarter final in the past. Quite the week for him.
