Week 20 - French Open (Roland-Garros) - Paris, France (clay) - men's qualifying

Choinski has given a walkover

Hope he's OK

But at least he won his match first

really darn - and on the cusp of the top 100 as well, one more win may have done it.

At least he is in Wimbledon as of right - fingers crossed he get's fit quickly

I only watched last game and tiebreak of first set of Fery match. Is Martinez always this SLOW? Makes Rafa look positively rapid

Also quite feisty - had quite a heated end to his last match

Very gutsy play by Felix - he deserved that second set

He's a prima donna - can't serve coz there's some twitch in a crowd on the other side of Paris no

Brave performance, kept the belief, defended break points well in some long games and all despite the crowd backing Goffin. Well done Toby - a good match to watch and exciting prospect for the rest of this season.

stevemcqueen - have you tried this link?

https://en14.sportplus.live/tennis/.

Works for me but a bit unreliable. Often have to refresh or change which option works best - 2 has been more consistent for me this week.

Goldfish, thanmkyou for that!  I figured that a VPN would be a solution to allow me to watch France TV, but spemding cash on a VPN for which I have no other use apart from this year's Roland Garros doesn't make much sense.  I could just pay £35 for a single month of TNT Sport.  I have been stung by monthly subscriptions not being cancelled as they should have been.  I like TennisTV.com  though - only £8 for a whole month, and I love watching Challengers from the ATP site.

Let us hope that we have more matches to watch this week!

He got into some contretemps with his QR1 opponent, Japanese player, that was quite unsavoury - threatening to see him in the car park etc, biggrin

Felix had a couple of match points when Molcan served at 5-6 and now into a final set tie-break (he was 4-0 up in the breaker but now 5-5).

Arthur is a break down in the third set.

That was soooooo close! After so many close matches that led to Ls, it's good to see a Brit come out on top of one.
