Ella comes through 5-4 in the third

That was tight - she did well - broke in the third but then got broken back

But didn't give up

 Ranah was outplaying her, more than Vic was struggling, IMO

The rain break may help Vic though

Katy recovered well after the rain but missed a set point at 5-4* and lost the set 5-7

Ranah defeated Vic 6-3 6-4

A fair score

The betting money was on Vic at the start, which made no sense - their rankings are about the same, Ranah is decent on grass and the more 'talented' player (IMO), although mentally a little dodgy

Katy lose 5 & 2. A match she could easily have won. PLenty of good play from her, but also a lot of UFE.

Meg lost 6-1 6-1

She was very well out-classed

And had an MTO even though the match was very quick

Do hope she gets her injury issues under control at some point
