So 2 LL and both Brits miss out.
Hopefully Cerundolo will pull out having just won Queens and a Brit can get a bye!

Probably better draws for both Brits than their original ones - are they still both on todays schedule?

Fritz was in the final of Halle also.

JPJ's lapses are the main thing holding him back from making the top 100 at the moment. Should have won the first set, but instead lost it 7-5

Now 3-1 up in the second, hopefully he can hold firm and take it to a decider.

Trungelliti played a horrble service game at the start of the decider. 1-0 to JPJ with JPJ to serve

L28:  (WC) Jack Pinnington-Jones WR 145 defeated (LL) Marco Trungelliti (ARG) WR 94 by 5-7 6-3 7-5 on his fifth match point in two hours & 49 minutes  biggrin

Jack seemed rather listless in that final set.  Double-faulted to hand Trungellliti a match point in the tenth game, but perked up in the eleventh!  Is he normally more demonstrative?

Enjoyed that match. JPJ was always favourite against a player yet to win on grass.
Struggled a bit serving it out and went big on the second serve in the final set.
