The rankings around this level seem to change with every tournament - Liv and Tereza climbed with their London points, then dropped Berlin last year. Perez has 3180 points, Liv has 2481. These are the sort of matches they need to win to move up into the top 8 seeding positions at the slams.

They don't have any points to drop until September, following a poor run last year. A few wins wil make a big difference.
