Very solid performance from Ollie today, always looked the better player despite a slight wobble early in the third. Well done Ollie!

What a magic 5 mins - Billy, Oliver and Max taking the 4th

Ollie absolutely deserved it - but his opponent plays well

As Jeff says, Ollie has put on muscle - he was always strong, good legs, but he's added even more
Abd he drives into the ground so well with his legs, it's just wonderful

Billy is far more arm, acceleration, doesn't muscle it
His opponent was very deft at the net and caused him problems
But lost belief as the match went on

Bertola is bright red (and has a brilliant accent

Maz is in unchartered territory
But Rémy might be too

Great atmosphere here today, people cheering as though they've won the final trophy

CHUFFED! Have we had two qualifiers through to the main draw in the same year before??

Harris showing the powers that be that he deserves his spot - really crazy he didn't get the MDWC. But these wins are definitely going to help him confidence wise.

Max had two break points at 2-1* but wasn't able to take either of them. Hopefully he can stay strong and carve out another opening.

I guess the biggest plus for Billy, now that he has made it through to the MD, is the points he gets from qualifying. Should have been given a WC, but as they say ... every cloud has a silver lining.

It's really a question of such relative strength in depth we now have with for starters quite a number in the top 150. Not enough MD WCs to go round all that decent cases can be made for. I see the point but tbf in the WC discussuons there have been others in qualifying that for differing reasons posters were highlighting much more ( essentially Billy and Dan ).

Great to see Ollie get through qualifying again, plus Billy and Max
