Hev saved four set points at *2-5, got back to *4-5 and was broken.

As paulisi says she went up 2-0* in the second but now level again. Liu just having a field day off the second and most playing a very measured level of aggression.

Jeezo. Hev gets *30-0, tightens up and it's *30-30. Awful miss by Liu on a putaway into the net, then she balloons a return long off a puff second serve. And Hev is through!!

Woooop! Worth remembering that Claire got to the 3rd round at Wimbledon from qualies, only losing to Coco. Seems like she probably earned at MDWC there, but obvs Venus needed hers....
