That takes Jake to live 100th. Theres only Bonzi behind him that can take that spot, hes also in the Quebec last 8. One more win for Jake will guarantee it; if Jake loses tonight, Bonzi can equal him with a final appearance and beat him with a title, I believe. Not sure who wins countback if they tie?

Jake also beat the Canadian in 3 sets at Newport in July, albeit on grass.

Haven't watched much of Jake this summer since Wimbledon but feels like he's back on song.

Daniel will be a good test. Tricky player - gave Dan Evans a lot of problems. Remember him knocking Dan out of the Aussie Open a few years back

Been around a while has Daniel now, 33. Played a lot of matches and had some decent showings without ever setting the world on fire. But will be a decent test, for sure

Bonzi lost tonight and so Jake is going to be back in the top 100 come Monday

Whoop, whoop, well done Jake.

Now lets go and see this event through and make it a glorious return!
