Dreadful call from the umpire at *30-15 calling a not up on Fran. She gets it overturned on review and wins the point but it's Linette who feels angry, as she has the point won, and if the umpire has correctly not said anything, she'd be at 30-30.

Well done Fran. Super win.

Yes, really dreadful call by the umpire - and, yes, obviously Fan sort of stopped but there's pretty much no chance she'd have got to the ball anyway - so it really was Magda's point

But well done to Fran - very gutsy performance - got blown away at the re-start but buckled down well in the third

If you'd told me Katie, Harriet and Fran would all make R2 I wouldn't have believed you. Presumably this gets Fran back into the Top 100?
