Sonay has has had this same coaching setup since she first started tennis. It was Julie who brought out a very shy Sonay from behind her mother's back and got her started in the sport. She came down initially because her older brother played.

Seriously? Yes, pressure in a semi-final of this level

But being GB #1 ? At a really weak time, with barely anyone in the top-100, nobody in the top-50

I don't think that really counts for anything - although I can see it's nice to have on the CV
