Thanks CD - I missed this as for once it was a Saturday draw instead of the usual Sunday draw in the USA

FQR: (q2) Ella McDonald (GBR) WR 353 v (A) Mathilde Ngijol Carré (FRA) WR 1372

Mathilde won Les Petits As in 2021 and made the FFT very excited that they had a new superstar

As with many young players who are hyped up, it didn't unroll as everyone hoped (family/FFT/player - lots of issues there)

Ella should win easily but Mathilde is still only 18 still and definitely someone who is underranked in terms of her potential or her performance on a given day

Ella did beat her easily, 2 and 1.
