Ben is Ben Haran (Reed's school)

Biljana is Biljana (goes by Billy?) Veselinovic (used to be with katie Boulter)

I believe Will Herbert is there too (physical trainer - used to be with Emma long time back? Maybe not something he puts on his physical trainer resumé? )

 She's beating players ranked in the mid 100's comfortably but I believe top 100 is quite a step up from there. And although beating players in a higher rank is something which happens 'all the time' I guess it will only become clear what her level is once she plays someone in the top 100 who's really on their game

 I saw the other woman walk up to the net when Hannah won the second game - she spoke to the umpire, shook Hannah's hand and was out of there

 Same hadn't realised it had started and already over! Sad for Lansere but with the amount of matches The last two weeks for Hannah it's nice she can rest up mostly today.
