I'm going for Murray in 2 though after such a wonderful win yesterday I wouldn't be surprised if he loses, coming down to earth in just 24 hours must be hard and getting yourself pumped up to beat Ginepri must be hard after having beaten Federer.

Fantastic start for Andy, taking his 2nd break point. However, as we saw yesterday, he can break anyone in the world in any given service game. The big test is can he actually hold !!!!

I remember the previous match against Ginepri well. I watched it on a live stream. The American was on a high, having just made the US Open semis and he's got one hell of a forehand. Andy defending superbly on fast courts, his anticipation of where Ginepri was going to hit his shots was so impressive and he really worked Ginepri's backhand with the slice. His consistency and counter-punching ability was the decisive factor that day. Ginepri became too frustrated with his inability to hit through Murray

Murray makes it 40-15 with his first ace of the match and it's a comfortable service game from the Scot.

Murray gets the first break point of the match, but Ginepri brings it back to deuce with a big first serve. Murray gives Ginepri the run-around with some deft touches before putting the ball away and Ginepri coughs up a double fault on his second break point to give Murray first blood.

Rafael Nadal has finished signing autographs and finally cleared off, leaving the court to Murray and Ginepri. Ginepri, in sleeveless shirt, is a big lad - the high school 'jock' to Murray's shock-haired science geek.

Ginepri's had two great wins this week but I don't think he'll be able to hit through Murray tonight. I mean, if Federer couldn't do it, what chance has Ginepri

Sounds very similar to the early stages of the match in Bangkok.

Andy talked about being tired from his exploits of the last few weeks after his win over Henman, I wonder if that will start to tell tonight. Hopefully he's still feeling the adrenaline rush of his win over Federer.

Good start for Andy....at the moment Ginepri is looking weak and Andy could break at will I feel...but his own serve is as usual the worry !
